George Mark Children’s House lit up the runway on August 27 with An Evening of Fashion and Philanthropy at the Beacon Grand. Guests enjoyed a dazzling night of couture as retired Bay Area designer Lily Samii donated 20 gowns for auction, raising more than $130,000 in support of our mission. The evening featured fine wine from Bricoleur Vineyards, caviar tastings, and a star-studded runway with local luminaries modeling Samii’s designs. Proceeds will sustain essential programs like art and aquatic therapy, around-the-clock patient care, and support for families.
