In recognition of the demanding nature of your work, we have prepared a special Stress First Aid wellness session designed by the Schwartz Center for healthcare professionals, conducted by Andy Helgesen, Stanford Children’s Health‘s Resilience Education Program Manager for the Office of Professional Fulfillment and Resilience.
This activity aims to promote self-care and foster a sense of support among coworkers. It serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining your own well-being while caring for others—a vital aspect of being part of the medical community.
