George Mark Children’s House provides respite and transitional care for children or young adults up to 25 years of age who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. End of life care is provided for children or young adults up to 25 years of age as well.*

Please do not make any non-refundable travel plans before you receive the George Mark Children’s House Admission Confirmation in writing, confirming your child’s admission date. George Mark Children’s House reserves the right to change guidelines at any time and without notice.
* Note: Once the young adult turns 25, he or she is no longer eligible for services.
